Pick, wash and cut the spinach into sections and soak the vermicelli. Cut the onion into finely chopped green onion and cut the garlic into slices.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add vermicelli and spinach, add appropriate amount of water, add light soy sauce

After the spinach and vermicelli are cooked, add salt and drizzle with sesame oil and sesame oil

Serve on a plate. If you like it spicy, you can drizzle with chili oil
