Ingredients: half a chicken, one potato, appropriate amount of salt, ginger powder, cooking oil, ginger slices, and soy sauce for steamed fish. Clean the chicken and drain it slightly. Apply a thin layer of salt and ginger powder evenly on both sides; peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices; slice the ginger and set aside

Add a little cooking oil to the rice cooker and add a few slices of ginger

Put the chicken in (skin side down)

Place the potatoes on top of the chicken

Close the rice cooker lid and press the cooking button

After the power switches to the keep warm button, turn over all the ingredients and pour in a little steamed fish soy sauce

Continue to activate the cooking button

After jumping to the keep warm button (the ingredients are cooked), unplug the power switch and cover the rice cooker with a damp cloth

After it cools down slightly, put on disposable gloves and tear them off with your hands

Put it on a plate (I prefer potatoes to absorb the aroma of chicken and it’s delicious)
