Braised crayfish
Overview
I didn’t enjoy eating outside yesterday. I got up early in the morning and went to the market to buy shrimps. It turned out that all the big ones were bought by restaurants, and only the small ones were sold. Fortunately, there were still yellow and fleshy ones. It was too tiring to wash the shrimps by myself, but I made them clean and hygienic!
