Prepare cold cake powder and water. There are two types of water, one is 300ml for mixing cold cake powder, and the other is 1400ml for boiling cold cake.

First mix the cold cake powder with water. Be careful to add the water slowly so that it is easier to mix thoroughly.

After boiling the water in a pot, slowly add the well-mixed cold cake water. Be careful not to stick to the pot while stirring. Bring to a boil over high heat. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for about 4 minutes. Then turn the bowl and put it in place.
