Overview
When we make our own jam, we can not only choose the freshest fruits, but also do not have any flavors, colors, or preservatives. We feel safe no matter whether we eat it ourselves or our children.

Wash the orange skin with salt and soak it for 30 minutes.

Use a sharp fruit knife to peel off the orange peel as thin as possible.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil. Put the peeled orange peel into the water and cook for 2 minutes to remove the bitter taste.

Add fine sugar and bring to a boil over high heat.

Turn to low heat and simmer slowly, stirring the jam constantly with a spoon until the orange jam thickens and turns golden brown.

Wash the glass sealed jar in advance and sterilize it with boiling water. Put the prepared orange jam into the glass jar while it is hot, close the lid tightly and turn it upside down.
