My husband was on a business trip, and my Sunday alone seemed a bit monotonous. I went to the vegetable market in the morning and thought the meat oil was good. I thought that the meat oil at home was almost finished, so I bought a big piece and cooked it back. The aroma filled the house.

Cut the large oil into small pieces and put them in the pot. Wipe the pot clean and there should be no water or anything. Then put the cut oil into the pot

After boiling for a while, it started to produce oil.

After boiling for about ten minutes, press the oil residue with a shovel to let all the oil come out.

Remove the oil residue, and the rest is meat oil!

This is oil residue, which can be used for cooking in the future. It is very fragrant and can be eaten for a long time in the refrigerator without going bad.

Wait for the meat oil to cool down and then pour it into a container. The container cannot be plastic, it is best to be enamel like mine. I have been using this for many years. It was given to me by my mother, haha!
