Ingredients: Fermented spicy cabbage (with soup), potatoes (peeled and washed, cut into thin strips and soaked in water for 5 minutes to remove the starch in the potatoes), green and red peppers cut into shreds, chives cut into shreds, cooked white sesame seeds.

After the water in the pot boils, add shredded potatoes and green and red peppers, blanch for 20 seconds and remove.
