The raw materials are very simple! Half a green onion, a small piece of tofu, a few slices of ginger, and a cabbage.

Cut the tofu into slices as thick as chopsticks.

For the cabbage, I mostly just used cabbage leaves. Don’t throw away the cabbage gang! You can stir-fry hot and sour cabbage.

Chop the green onions into chopped green onions and finely chop the ginger.

Heat the pan and cool the oil.

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Fry the tofu, remove excess oil, and add chopped green onion and ginger. The aroma of onion and ginger bursts out.

Because it is roasting tofu, add a spoonful of water after the onions and ginger are fragrant, not too much.

Add water to the pot and let it boil for a while, then add the cabbage. Then stir-fry, add salt and oil. Get out of the pot!
