It was originally a beef brisket roasted with potatoes, but during the process I discovered that there were no green onions or rock sugar at home. So zero hour ➕tomato🍅. Isn't it too casual?

Water the beef brisket to remove the fishy smell

Add soy sauce and bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

Add hot water and cook until it boils, then simmer over low heat for one hour

No rock sugar and green onions, zero time ➕tomato🍅. (Normally I don’t ➕tomato🍅. If you really want to add tomatoes, it would be better without adding any seasonings, and the tomatoes and beef brisket will taste more delicious when fried together)
