Overview

Don’t people here eat bacon? I have visited many places, supermarkets and markets, and there is not even packaged bacon. Well, I can make it myself and have enough food and clothing. I bought my own meat and made bacon by trying to remember my grandma’s method of making bacon, and made some improvements.

  1. Cut the meat into pieces, wash and drain. I don’t like fatty meat, so buy leaner meat

  2. Prepare spices: bay leaves, star anise, fennel, ginger, cinnamon, white coriander, nutmeg, coriander
