Sesame Salt Pancake
Overview
I had some noodles left over from the steamed buns, so I made three sesame seed cakes. They were filled with sesame salt and were very fragrant. The surface was crispy and delicious

Prepare the dough

Sesame seeds and salt are rolled into powder

Roll the dough into a round cake, apply a layer of oil, and sprinkle with a layer of sesame salt

Roll it into a cylinder, stand it up and flatten it, roll it into a fire

Turn on medium-low heat and put the cake in and brush it with a layer of oil. Turn it over and brush it with oil on the other side. Flip it every minute or so until both sides are golden brown. It usually turns three or four times before it's cooked
