Water spinach stalks for rice
Overview
I have always loved water spinach, but maybe there is less green water spinach on the market this year because of the rain. I am also a person who loves to eat water spinach leaves. The smoothness of the leaves and the crispiness of the stems always feel at odds with me. I insist on this frying method, eating the leaves first and then the stems. It is a self-therapy for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. I am very happy!

Steps
-
Remove the leaves from the water spinach and leave the stems, clean, drain and set aside
-
Prepare the auxiliary ingredients. The water spinach I used was a handful bought in the supermarket, weighing about half a catty!
-
All materials are chopped and set aside
-
Stir-frying requires hot pan and cold oil!
-
Add the minced meat and stir-fry, add rice wine and a little light soy sauce, stir-fry until the minced meat is all scattered, mince the garlic and stir-fry the bean sprouts.
-
When fragrant, cook in diced water spinach, add a little salt to taste, add a little MSG or pepper when cooking, stir-fry evenly and serve on a plate!
