Life is always full of surprises. I never thought I could make tofu pudding. I bought freshly squeezed soy milk at the market yesterday and kept it in the refrigerator until I finished it. When I got up in the morning, I wanted to heat it up and drink a cup of hot soy milk. Who knew it turned into tofu curds when I took it out? It was amazing. No lactones used at all. Since the incident happened unexpectedly, the kitchen utensils are a bit ordinary and have no decoration, so let’s just make do with it!

I bought freshly squeezed soy milk from the market. The market lady adjusted the amount of water. When I got home, I just added sugar and boiled it and then turned off the heat.

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze overnight

Put the water in the pot, put the whole bowl of soy milk on the water and simmer for about 5 minutes. The fresh and rich tofu curd will be ready!
