Wash the sauced eggplant, drain it, and cut it in half from the middle.

Cut the eggplant head into crisscross cuts.

Add oil to the pan and fry the eggplant.

Remove the fried eggplant and set aside. Put a little oil in the pot, add onion and garlic, stir-fry, add bean paste and stir-fry.

Add a little boiling water and simmer the fried bean paste for half a minute.

Pour the eggplant into the pot and wait for 3 minutes after the pot is boiled.
