Prepare materials;

Cut the rice cake into thicker slices;

Wash the cabbage, cut into slices diagonally

Dice the green pepper and slice the green onion diagonally;

Boil water in a pot, add an appropriate amount of salt to the water, add rice cakes after the water boils, cook until the rice cakes float and become soft, take out the rice cakes and put them into cold water for later use;

Pour oil into the wok, when it is 50% hot, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant;

Add cabbage and stir-fry;

Sprinkle a little salt to remove the moisture from the cabbage;

When the cabbage becomes soft and almost cooked, add the rice cake and stir-fry;

Pour an appropriate amount of water along the edge of the pot to avoid the rice cakes from sticking to the pot, stir-fry evenly, season with salt, sprinkle with diced green pepper, and serve.
