Varied Pasta--Cold Italian Noodles

I wanted to eat it... so I gave it a try. It tasted similar to the cold noodles sold outside...

Put the pasta in the pot and cook

Peel and shred the cucumber, or grate it into shreds with a grater, and set aside

One spoon of Weidel soy sauce, two spoons of vinegar, smash the garlic, add some sesame oil and mix well

Boil the noodles, take them out and put them into cold boiling water to cool down. Put the shredded cucumbers, prepared garlic juice, chili and sesame sauce into a bowl and that's it.
