Homemade vinegar lotus root
Overview
I like eating lotus root more and more. Although there is only one kind of lotus root sold in our local area, this year is the year when my family eats more lotus root. This time, the lotus root is cooked in a pepper pot with vinegar and red pepper. It tastes crispy, sour and delicious.
