Wash the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Put it in the pot and steam it. About 25 minutes or so.

Cut off the pumpkin skin with a knife and place it in a small basin.

Stir evenly, the thinner the better.

Pour in appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and mix evenly.

Form the bean paste filling into a ball as shown in the picture and cut evenly with a knife. Gather the pumpkin noodles and cut into small even balls. A bit bigger than bean paste dumplings.

Wrap the pumpkin dough with bean paste filling and put it in a similar basin. Do not put it in a bowl, as it will easily stick to the porcelain bowl.

Pour oil into the pan, place the pumpkin cakes one by one in the pan, flatten them with a wooden spatula, and brush the pumpkin cakes with a brush dipped in oil. Flip it back and forth and wait for about two minutes until it's done. It’s ready to eat
