-
155g low-gluten flour, corn oil, 75g butter, 75g powdered sugar, 30g whole egg liquid, 25g red yeast rice powder, 1g matcha powder.
-
Pour the vegetable oil into a large bowl, sift in the powdered sugar and beat evenly; then add the egg liquid and mix thoroughly.
-
Sift in cake flour.
-
Knead into a smooth dough.
-
Gently roll out the dough and use a mold to shape it into a round shape.

Place the biscuit mold in the baking pan. Roll out the remaining dough thinly again and press it into a round shape. Add red yeast powder or matcha powder to the remaining dough and knead evenly. Then roll it out thinly and cut it into a square of about 1 cm. Then cut it into triangles to make pig ears. The remaining dough is arranged into an oval shape to make a pig nose.
-
Use a toothpick to poke 2 small holes and use black sesame seeds to make eyes.
-
Preheat the oven and bake at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes; the oven temperature is for reference only.
