Boil the oil until it reaches 50%, add the eggs and stir vigorously with chopsticks until the eggs become very small

Prepare the leeks, clean and chop them, cook the cooked vermicelli, chop them up and put them together

Put the eggs into the leek, add 1 spoon of sugar and 2 spoons of oil and stir evenly (add the salt at the end of the package, as it will be easier to release water if added too early)

Knead the dough evenly into a ball and cut into small sections

Roll the dough into a round shape

Add salt to the leeks, mix well and add the stuffing, sealing the edges like twists
