I made it with my kids. I forgot to take a photo at first. First, lightly beat the melted butter with the sugar, add the eggs and stir evenly. Sift in the low-gluten flour and milk powder, stir together and knead into a dough.

Divide the dough into evenly sized pieces, press the middle with your thumb, and scoop in the mango jam with a small spoon.
