Cut the ham into small cubes, chop the chives, and mash the tofu.

Beat the eggs and add 1 tablespoon of water starch and stir evenly.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add diced ham and stir-fry for a while.

Add the chopped tofu and stir-fry evenly.

Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add chopped green onion, stir-fry until fragrant, and set aside.

Brush the pan with a little oil, pour in the egg liquid and spread it into a large egg skin. When the egg liquid is about to solidify, add an appropriate amount of fried tofu filling in the middle and compact it slightly.
