Original picture materials, (clean the frog meat and set aside)

Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into small pieces, cut the ginger into shreds and pat the garlic slightly.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, sauté the shredded ginger, garlic, and a little dried chili until fragrant

Add the clean frog meat, pour in a little cooking wine and stir-fry (the cooking wine will remove the fishy smell).

Then add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry, then add dark soy sauce for color.

Pour in appropriate amount of water and boil for about 20 minutes.

When the juice is reduced, add the chopped chilies and stir-fry.
