Peel the crab shell, remove the gills and lungs, rinse gently with water, chop into 4 pieces, cut the crab shell in the middle

Slice onions and ginger together, stir eggs into egg liquid and set aside;

Marinate the prepared flower crabs with seasonings (except eggs and oil) for about 15 minutes;

Pour oil into the pot, take out the green onions and ginger used to pickle the crabs, spread them on the bottom of the pot, dip the crabs in the egg liquid and put them on top;

Cover the pot and activate the [raw gel] function;

After the cooking process is completed, use a spatula to stir lightly and remove from the pot.
