Overview
It’s Christmas time again. I think adults and children will love these cute puppy biscuits. You might as well make some.

Steps
-
First prepare a piece of A4 paper and draw the pattern of your favorite dog (or find resources online to print)
-
After the butter has softened, put it into a bowl and mix well
-
Add powdered sugar and mix well with a spatula
-
Mix well with a hand mixer
-
Add eggs in two portions
-
Stir evenly in one direction
-
Sift together the cake flour and cocoa powder
-
Use a spatula to stir or mix evenly with your hands
-
Become a uniform dough
-
Place the dough on the cutting board and roll it into thin sheets
-
Then cut out the dog pattern and paste it on the dough piece
-
Cut it out with a knife and place it on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, with upper and lower heat on the middle layer, for about 15 minutes; take it out and let it cool for later use
-
Start making fondant: take two small pieces of fondant, add green and red colorings respectively, knead into green and red fondant, roll the kneaded fondant into thin sheets
-
Cut out the required clothing parts from the dog pattern you used before and paste it on the fondant paste piece
-
Use a knife to carve it out, brush the back with water, and stick it on the cooled biscuits
-
Then make the meringue part: beat an egg white into a rough foam, then add 150 grams of powdered sugar in three batches and stir until thick
-
Take out a part and add green coloring to make two kinds of white and green icing, put them into piping bags
-
Cut a small opening and use white icing sugar to draw a snowflake pattern on the surface of the clothes
-
Use green icing to draw a Christmas tree pattern on the surface of the clothing
-
Just let it dry. Isn’t it very pretty?
