Make the dough as shown in the picture

Roll out the dough. I used the leftover dough from making dumpling wrappers and rolled it out for later use

Chop the tomatoes, put a little oil in the pot and fry the tomatoes, then add water to boil. Add more water according to your taste. After the water boils, cut the noodles into slices and put them into the pot. Stir them with chopsticks to avoid sticking together. The noodles will cook quickly and they will be almost cooked when they float. Put the green cabbage leaves in and close 🔥
