Overview

A few days ago, I saw in the jar that a friend made mashed yam, which was quite tempting. I tried to use mashed yam to match the purple sweet potato mashed, and then sprinkled some jam and crispy instant oatmeal. The finished product was quite successful, a nutritious, delicious and beautiful dessert!

  1. Prepare yams and purple sweet potatoes.

  2. Peel and cut into small pieces.

  3. Put it in the pot, add a lot of water to the bottom of the pot, turn on high heat, and steam until cooked.

  4. After steaming, remove from the pot, divide into plates, and press with a spoon until evenly soft.

  5. If the taste is too sweet, you can add condensed milk to the yam puree. Mix well.

  6. Pack the puree in a plastic bag. It is recommended to use a special decorating bag for decorating cakes. I used a fresh-keeping bag, but it broke and failed to decorate successfully. I can only make the shape with my hands.

  7. Once shaped, sprinkle with a few instant oatmeal granules and jam.
