Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, cut into pieces and set aside.

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices, and soak in water for 5 minutes.

Peel the garlic, cut into slices and set aside.

Select the coriander, wash it, cut it into sections and set aside.
