Weigh out the remaining whipped cream and set aside

According to the quality of whipping cream, take one-fifth of its mass of maltose

Add appropriate amount of white sugar according to your own taste. I don’t like anything too sweet, so only 30 grams of sugar is added to 400 grams of mixed milk.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, then continue to simmer over low heat.

Cook until foaming (be sure to keep stirring during this process), until it is milky yellow and has a certain consistency, then turn off the heat
