Ingredients: Noodles (boiled and cooled)

Shredded lean pork

Onion leaves

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, vegetable oil and dry starch to the lean pork shreds.

Mix well and set aside.

Wash the onion leaves and take them out.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the lean pork shreds and stir-fry.

Then, add the cooled noodles and add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and salt.

Season and stir-fry.

Then, add in the chopped onion leaves and stir-fry until the onion leaves are broken and serve.
