Wash and slice the pork belly and bitter melon, and cut the red pepper into shreds and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up, add the pork belly into the pot and stir-fry, add a little light soy sauce for color, then add the chopped pepper, ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
