Braised Pork with Dried Plums and Vegetables

Braised Pork with Dried Plums and Vegetables

Overview

The prunes must be washed and drained in advance, otherwise the prepared prunes will be very soft. But also based on personal taste, I like to eat firmer. Don't add salt, prunes are inherently salty.
