Blackcurrant Cookies
Overview
I bought these black currants when I traveled to Northeast China last year and slept in the refrigerator for a long time. During the May Day holiday, I wanted to make some simple biscuits to satisfy my cravings, so I thought of it. Eating too much butter is not good for the body, so I randomly found a recipe online and improved it to make this biscuit. No matter how good or ugly I made it, it suited my taste.
