Pocket Banana Pie
Overview
The bananas I bought on the weekend were not bad, but they tend to turn black over time, so I had to eat them quickly. Plus, there was some butter left at home, so I thought of banana pie, which was a success. It turns out that bananas are so delicious when eaten hot.

Steps
-
Chop the butter and soften it.

Mix cake flour and powdered sugar evenly.
-
Mix the butter with the flour and icing sugar.
-
Knead into grits.
-
Add little water to make a smooth dough.
-
Wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator to rest for two to four hours.
-
The amount I made was exactly two banana pies, so I divided it into two equal portions and rolled one portion into thin slices.
-
Cut into two square pieces.
-
Place a banana cut into small pieces on one of the slices, and coat all sides with egg wash.
-
Cover the banana with another sheet and score evenly with a knife.
-
Use chopsticks or a fork to press around the edges to make them look nice and firm.
-
Make both of them, place them on a baking sheet, and brush the surface with egg wash.
-
Put it into the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
-
Just take it out of the oven and put it on a plate and you can eat it,
