Braised tofu with shrimp paste
Overview
In mid-January, I went on an 8-day trip around Taiwan with my wife. I took the time to visit a supermarket in Taipei and saw a kind of shrimp paste. It was not a smooth shrimp paste, but the whole bottle of shrimp paste was filled with dried small fish and shrimps. I thought it must be very fresh, so I bought a bottle. It was very good to stew tofu at home.
