Sweet Potato Cookies
Overview
My baby especially loves roasted sweet potatoes. In order to give him the taste he likes when I take him out to play, I added mashed sweet potato to the biscuits. The biscuits with mashed sweet potato really taste like roasted sweet potatoes, and because of the cream, they are also very crispy. Not only the baby likes it, but I also don’t want to stop eating it.

Put butter and flour into a bowl

Cover the chilled dough with plastic wrap and roll it into a large piece with a thickness of about 3 mm. Brush the surface with egg yolk water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Wrapping in plastic wrap allows for better shaping, and you can also roll it out directly.
