Bacon Shrimp Pizza
Overview
For pizza sauce, you can refer to the simple pizza sauce I made before. The recipe is very simple. The dough material is only enough to make an 8-inch Pi Sa bottom. If you want to make more, you can double the original material.

Place all the main ingredients in the bread pan. (High flour, low flour, olive oil, white sugar, yeast, milk powder, water)

Then start the bread machine and knead it into a smooth dough, then ferment until doubled in size.

Take out the fermented dough, flatten it to deflate, and roll it into a round piece.

Place the dough sheet into the pizza pan and press it with your hands into a thick crust with a thin middle.

Then use a fork to poke some small holes in the middle of the cake to prevent it from swelling during baking, and then rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare bacon, broccoli, shrimp, corn kernels, and mozzarella cheese.

Wash the shrimps and cut a knife on the back of the shrimps.

Cut the broccoli into small florets, cut the bacon into shreds, prepare the pizza sauce, and marinate the shrimp with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add broccoli and blanch.

In another pan, fry the shrimp until slightly brown.

Fry the bacon in the same way.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pizza dough for 5 minutes.

Spread the Pi Sa sauce evenly on the Pi Sa dough.

Sprinkle with a little mozzarella cheese.

Top with broccoli and bacon.

Sprinkle in corn kernels and shrimp.

Sprinkle an even layer of mozzarella cheese.

Place in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

Bake until mozzarella cheese melts.
