  1. Boil the whole piece of pork belly you bought, remove it and cut into thin slices. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. PS: The pork belly of this pig is a bit fat, it doesn’t matter, it will be more fragrant after frying with oil.
