Double skin milk (kiwi fruit)
Overview
The first time I did it, it was a bit of a failure, but the second time I did it, it was successful. In fact, I personally feel that there is no need for the milk skin step, the taste is not bad, it is simple and quick. You can give it a try. I tried two methods today. It’s all OK~

Steps
-
Separate the egg whites and pour the milk into a bowl.
-
Put a little white sugar in the egg whites (adjust according to personal taste)
-
Put the milk into the pot and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes. After taking out the pot and letting it cool, a thin layer of milk skin will form. As shown below.
-
Pour the milk into another bowl. Don't pour it completely, leave some milk in it. Prevent the milk skin from sticking to the bowl.
-
Pour the egg whites into the milk.
-
Stir egg whites and milk until evenly mixed. If there are egg bubbles floating on top, use a strainer to skim them out. It looks beautiful when steamed like this.
-
Then pour it into the bowl of milk skin. This step should be poured in slowly so that the milk skin will appear on the top. (It’s best to use a pot with a spout)
-
Finally, put it into the pot to steam for 15 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes, and it’s freshly baked! Add kiwi fruit.

Wow, finished product.
