Use boiling water to scald the inner pot and lid of the yogurt maker for a while to sterilize them.

Prepare milk and bacterial powder.

Pour the milk into the yogurt machine.

Add mushroom powder and stir evenly.

Place in yogurt maker.

The cover works when powered on. About 8-10 hours is enough. Usually it's better to do it in the evening and in the morning. It will taste better if you put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours after making it.

Peel and dice the apple into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Add the prepared yogurt, some sugar, and diced oranges and you're ready to eat.
