Peel and slice garlic and set aside.

Wash the dried chilies and cut into sections for later use.

Peel the white radish and cut into shreds.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté garlic and dried chili until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry for a while.

Add salt and pepper and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry until soft and water comes out, add a little light soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

Wait until the water dries up and serve immediately.

Sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds and you’re done!
