Milk Pasta
Overview
In order to prevent the weight from slowly rising, I made a nutritious weight loss meal of milk pasta. A new way to eat pasta. It is delicious without gaining weight and keeps you in good shape. Hahaha

Put water in the pot and add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil

Add mixed vegetables and cook

Cook, remove and set aside

Then add the pasta and bring to a boil over high heat, then cook over low heat

Cook until transparent and remove

Add cooked pasta

Warm until the milk foams
