  1. Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, knead for 20 minutes, add butter, and continue kneading for another 20 minutes until the film is pulled out.

  6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and lower the heat to 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the second to last layer in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
