Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, knead for 20 minutes, add butter, and continue kneading for another 20 minutes until the film is pulled out.

Select the yogurt fermentation program and ferment the dough until it doubles in size.

Remove the air, divide into two equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll them out separately, roll them up, and put them in the toast box.

Cover with plastic wrap, place in a warm place (such as in the oven, use the fermentation process), and let it rise until it is eighty or nine minutes full.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and lower the heat to 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the second to last layer in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.

The aroma of toast is overflowing and it comes out of the oven.

Pour immediately after coming out of the oven.

Cool on a cooling rack until lukewarm, then slice and enjoy.
