Put all the main ingredients except butter into a chef's machine and knead the dough. After the expansion stage, add melted butter and continue beating for ten minutes.

Connect the first ends to form a ring and place into a 6-inch cake mold. Brush the mold with a layer of melted butter in advance for secondary fermentation.
