Gray tofu fruit, known as ginseng fruit, is also called fairy fruit. Produced in Daozhen Gelao and Miao Autonomous County, the hometown of silver fir trees in China, it is a specialty food passed down from generation to generation by the Daozhen Gelao people. Dried gray tofu fruit, about 5 pieces.

Soak in rice soup or rice water or warm water at 30 degrees Celsius for about 1-2 hours (until soft).
