Homemade lazy bread machine version of bread - sweet coffee raisin bread
Overview
I haven’t drunk the coffee I brought back from my last trip to Myanmar. It’s almost expired. I don’t like coffee, so I was wondering how to use it up, so I tried this coffee bread. It’s bitter-sweet and has the rich aroma of coffee. I really enjoy it!

Boil the ground coffee beans, appropriate amount of sugar, and milk powder, add an appropriate amount of water (about 120g), and cook over high heat

After boiling for about a minute, the fragrant coffee is ready (haha, cooking is simple and crude, but the taste is no less than bagged coffee!)

After the coffee has cooled down, filter out the coffee grounds and put it into the bread machine, then add other liquid ingredients in the above ingredients, and then add other ingredients

Select the weight of the bread machine, select the standard setting, and press "Start"

About three hours later, the bread was ready and the smell filled the house!
