Get your vaginal rice ready

Add lard to a non-stick pan and wait until the oil temperature rises to cooking temperature

Pour in the Yin rice and pop it into popcorn (it’s best to pop a little Yin rice here first, then drain it with a colander and set it aside, repeat this process to pop the Yin rice), because this is my first time to summarize the experience. If you put the Yin rice in all at once, the Yin rice will not be fully popped.

After popping the rice, pour away the oil without washing the pot. Add an appropriate amount of water, white sugar, and maltose (I don't have maltose and use the unused invert syrup for mooncakes) and simmer over low heat until smooth. You can use a chopstick to stick the syrup on it and put it in water to cool down. If it becomes crispy when you bite it, continue to cook it.

After the syrup is boiled, turn off the heat and quickly stir in the rice krispies, pour it into the prepared baking pan, press tightly and let cool (the baking sheet should be lined with tin foil or kitchen paper)
