Bacon Mashed Potato Salad

A very simple mashed potato salad, more suitable for Asian tastes.

First, put the quilt on the pan and fry it over medium heat. When the bacon becomes darker, turn to low heat and fry it thoroughly.

Boil hot water.

Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks.

Boil potatoes in the pot

Mince the garlic.

Chop green onions

Heat the butter in the microwave for about 1 minute until melted.

Add butter and milk to boiled potatoes. (Potatoes are ready when they are pierced easily with chopsticks in the pot)

Add minced garlic and some salt

Pour some oil into the bacon frying

Mash the potatoes

Chop the fried bacon.

Stir bacon and shallots into mashed potatoes.

Mashed potatoes are done. You can add some black pepper according to personal taste. I prefer drier mashed potatoes, but if you like fluffier mashed potatoes, you can double the butter and milk. Good luck! 😜
