Overview
Here I will compile a recipe for the most practical coconut filling. I will use 60g of coconut as an example. This amount can usually be used at once. If it is a small amount, just halve all the ingredients. I have tried it and it is absolutely no problem. Milk powder is added based on other people's recipes, which increases the milky flavor and makes the filling easier to form. It can be added or not.

Prepare to weigh the ingredients first. This recipe is relatively easy to remember. Soften butter at room temperature, beat eggs, and weigh.
