I'm very happy to receive the salad dressing from Chubby again. I made a mashed potato and egg sandwich to try it early in the morning. It tastes really good! Let’s do it together!

Wash the potatoes and cook them in a pot. (Don’t choose potatoes that are too big, smaller ones will cook faster)

Peel the cooked potatoes and dig out the "eyes" on the potatoes~

Mash the peeled potatoes. (If the potatoes are too dry, you can add a little boiling water and stir)

Add appropriate amount of Kewpie salad dressing and salt according to personal preference. (You can use either original or sweet salad dressing. The more salad dressing, the more delicious and smooth the taste will be~)

Mix the mashed potatoes and salad dressing thoroughly in a circular motion.

Boil the eggs, let cool and cut into slices. (Cut an egg into 4 slices)

Take a piece of bread, spread it evenly with mashed potatoes, then put egg slices on it, and cover it with another piece of bread.

For convenience of eating, just cut it at an angle.
